The Commission's Annual Report is published in the first quarter of the calendar year. The report provides comprehensive information on the Commission's authority and procedures and contains statistical data on Commission cases and summaries of disciplinary action.

The Commission's Informational Pamphlet provides a brief overview of the Commission's authority and jurisdiction.

Summary of Discipline Statistics 1990-1999

In 2002, the Commission published a report providing statistical information on the incidence of discipline over a 10-year period of time as related to factors such as the judge's age, the number of years of judicial service, the size of the judge's court, the judge's disciplinary history, whether the judge was initially appointed or elected to office, and the type of misconduct for which the judge was disciplined.  If you would like to view the summary, click here.
